     Maine Lightning Protection was started by Fred Hersom over 10 years ago.  MLP has always been run and worked by family and friends.  

     Fred's youngest son Josh started working with the company full time in 2004 after graduating from college.  He is now in charge of all installations in the field.  When not working Josh enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.

     Dave Marshall is another of our employees.  David and Josh graduated high school a year apart and grew up as friends.  When not working Dave enjoys playing the drums and golfing.
